These draft terms must be reviewed and approved by MSPKeep's legal advisers before the service accepts paid subscriptions or customer-authorised tenant access.
1. Acceptance
By using MSPKeep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Services
MSPKeep provides an end-to-end managed Microsoft 365 service for MSPs. Subject to the agreed service scope, this includes identifying issues, remediation work, monitoring, health scoring, and reporting.
3. Customer Authorisation
To deliver the Services, customers must ensure they have authority to grant the Microsoft 365 permissions required for the agreed work. Customers remain responsible for the permissions they authorise and for providing accurate tenant and service information.
4. Acceptable Use
Use Services lawfully. Do not violate laws, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer.
5. Privacy
You retain rights to your data. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid or £100, whichever is greater.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by laws of England and Wales.
